After breakfast, continue your scenic journey into Sri Lanka's spectacular hill country. Travel through green mountains, tea-growing areas and beautiful countryside towards Nuwara Eliya, often known as Sri Lanka's "Little England." Visit Gregory Lake and enjoy a relaxing boat ride surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. Later, enjoy a nature walk and hike to Lovers Leap Waterfall, one of the popular scenic attractions in the Nuwara Eliya region. After breakfast, depart Nuwara Eliya and travel south towards Yala National Park. Upon arrival in the Yala region, prepare for an exciting 4x4 jeep safari through the national park. Yala is famous for its diverse wildlife and natural landscapes. During your safari, you may encounter elephants, deer, wild buffalo, crocodiles and many species of birds. Leopard sightings are possible but, as with all wildlife safaris, sightings cannot be guaranteed. After the safari, check into your resort and relax.
